BOARDING CONDITIONS

We take 50% deposit on all boarding bookings, rest of the balance must be paid on arrival.

All our boarding guests participate in our daycare activities and enjoy 2 walks per day during their stay AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

We offer a long-term boarding discount of 10% off for stays that exceed 10 days.

If you need to cancel your booking, we require 24 hours notice. This is to free up your place for someone else. We will charge you 50% of your boarding fee if we get less than 24 hours cancellation notice.

We have a 4-day minimum booking over Christmas/New Year/Easter holiday season. 

If you require accommodation during school holidays it is advisable to book early.

All pick‐up and drop‐off times must be scheduled in advance. Bookings are essential.

We want everyone to enjoy their experience here at Puppy Playground. For the safety and well being of all our guests, dogs who do not pass our temperament test, and/or cannot provide their up to date vaccination records, will not be allowed to play or stay.
