Our dog daycare facility is one of the biggest ones in Sydney and it’s fully air conditioned. Therefore we can separate dogs based on their size and temperament so that everyone will enjoy their stay with us! Puppy Playground staff will keep a watchful eye over the dog day care playgrounds to make sure every dog is happy. We also have security cameras for safety.
And the best part is that we don’t offer only dog daycare services. We can cater all of your doggy needs, from grooming to training, over-night boarding and puppy school!

Yes you can have a tour of our dog day care facilities. We think it’s a good idea to see the environment your dog will be hanging out in.
First you will need to book in a time for an assessment for your dog to enrol in our dog daycare in Zetland.
Our assessment involves you bringing your dog in for 20 minutes while our dog trainer monitors their behaviour with the pack.
You need to fill out some paper work about you and your pooch.
You will also be required to bring your dog’s current vaccination certificate with you. This is to ensure the health and safety of the pack. All dogs must be de-sexed as well.
We require that all dogs have had their first two set of vaccinations. Therefore, this means that you can bring your puppy in from 10-12 weeks old.
We recognise that young puppies need to be segregated from older dogs and larger dogs from smaller dogs.
Our dog day care facility is divided into 3 separate areas. Your dog will be placed in one of them depending on size, temperament, and age.
The daycare environment is an exciting and fun place for all dogs. This can cause over-excitement at times and for that reason we also have a smaller time-out area. This ensures the health and safety of all pooches in our care.
Most importantly, all dogs are under constant supervision by our experienced staff members.
We do not feed dogs meals as this can cause aggressive behaviour within the pack. However, we do feed young puppies up to 6 months of age.
First of all, all of our dog day care clients are required to undertake a behaviour assessment.
This can minimise the chances of any unwanted behaviours. Our number one priority is the safety of our dogs and our staff. However, a “Time out” zone is used for dogs that show any signs of anti-social and aggressive behaviour.
We will remove any aggressive dogs from our daycare.
Yes, you are welcome to use any of our dog daycare services in Sydney even if you don’t want to join our daycare.
You will need to book in advance, we would be delighted to give your dog a good shampoo, condition, blow dry, groom, nail clip and ears clean.
